The Alluvium of Memory

The book The Alluvium of Memory (orig. Naplavina davnega spomina) is a unique book. The basis of the book is DR Rajmund Lampreht’s genealogical research. DR Lampreht, genealogist and historian researched the Sivec family using church records and archive materials and wrote a family chronicle. The writer, journalist, poet, and journalist Mag. Ivan Sivec has built a novel based on the family chronicle. His ancestors tell the history of the clan in ten chapters.

 

The chapters talk about:

2 life in the Isonzo Valley.

3 Service under the Cilli Counts.

4 the meeting with Baron Adam von Raubar and the battle of Sissak.
