The ancestors moved several times.

In 1728 Marco Segula bought the farm in the village of Slavšina, Sveti Andraž.

Aloys Segula, born in 1839, served as a soldier, the elite unit Jäger, Austrian Empire.

Maria Segula, born in 1847, married her cousin Andreas Lovrenz. They have received a marriage license from the bishop’s ordinariate. Andreas served as a soldier, the 47th Infantry Regiment, Austrian Empire.

Martin Segula, born in 1844, was a beekeeper. The Styrian Beekeepers association has appointed him as a beekeeping promoter for Slavšina and its surroundings.

Martin Segula, born in 1883, worked in Leoben, Upper Styria. When he had earned enough money, he returned and opened a wheelwright’s workshop.

A book with over 200 pages was printed.
